Spring is still 6 weeks away according to Wiarton Willie but you would never know it by the weather at this writing.  Nearly 50 degrees on the patio.  Our cribbage and Eucre players will be putting a table outside!  Congratulations go out to our Branch cribbage players, at the recent Zone Cribbage Tournament, they won to go on to compete at the District Level.  We will be hosting a Eucre Tournament on Saturday, March 5th.  Come in and cheer them on.  A reminder though, February 13th is our Valentineís Dance, so bring your sweet-heart and dance to Bill and The Art Crawlers.  $20 at the door.  The Ladies are getting ready to put on their Annual Corned Beef Dinner on St. Patrickís Day, Thursday, March 17th.  $15/pp (second helpings accepted).  It includes our own Ďcornedí beef, lovingly done by Pres. Nancy Voakes, homemade bread, Cabbage, Potatoes, Onions, Carrots and of course, tea, coffee and homemade cheesecake for dessert.   On Friday March 18th is our Spring Turkey Raffle.  Itís always fun with lots of action.  The event we have waited all winter for is our Good Friday Perch Dinner.  Thatís on Friday, March 25th, starting at 4:30 pm.  Half pound perch servings, with Cavendish coated fries, coleslaw, farmerís bread, tea, coffee and dessert for $15/PP and Take-out will be at the back and Spring will be officially underway.
